1. Donation Refund Policy

Donations to VIDYAASARR EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION are used to support our non-profit initiatives and are typically non-refundable. All donations made to VIDYAASARR EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred. We encourage donors to carefully check the amount and intent before proceeding with the transaction.

2. Volunteering and Internship Withdrawals

We value your time and commitment. If for any reason you wish to withdraw from our volunteer or internship programs, the following conditions apply:

a) Withdrawal by Applicant

  • You may withdraw by notifying us via email at admin@vidyasaar.org at least 7 days prior to your confirmed joining date.
  • No monetary compensation or refund is involved.

b) Withdrawal by VIDYAASARR EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION

  • We reserve the right to terminate participation for breach of conduct or falsified information. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

3. General Terms for All Refunds

  • Any bank transfer or transaction fees are non-refundable and may be deducted.
  • We do not process cash refunds under any circumstances.
